I cooked some apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a sous vide, and now I have all this delicious looking liquid left over. Any ideas what to do with it?

I have this plate full of melted butter, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon and I would hate to just toss it all. What should be done with it?
