hello!
for a recipe that i'd like to recreate i have to wrap plums with bacon. i want the consistency to be somewhat interesting and now looking for a way to get the plum a little bit softer and i want the bacon to be really crispy.
which techniques would you use or which bacon? im thinking about putting it in the oven, but im open to all kind of ideas!
