Is there a way to release pressure from a pressure cooker without all the liquids from the food inside from bubbling out the vent?
Every time I use a pressure cook whether it's a stove top or an instant pot I have to baby it when doing a quick release/venting of the pressure because without fail, even if the pot is 1/4th full of liquid, there will be soup/stew/etc bubbling out the vent. Do you have to sit there, open and close the vent constantly to release the pressure without making a mess aside from waiting for it to naturally cool off cause usually I don't have the time since I'm already using a pressure cooker.
