Hello all, I work at a daycare and we serve about 200ish kids meals. It’s looking like it might just be me in the kitchen and I’m trying to find an easy way to cook large quantities of brown rice for them (starting with basic rice and gonna work on adding other variations as I go). Was thinking hotel pan in the oven was the best/easiest way rather than a huge pot on the stove. Any tips or advice would be helpful as I feel overwhelmed currently!
