I have no clue what I’m doing wrong. Every time I try and make something from scratch with flour, the result is something that tastes overly like uncooked flour. Take for example the fresh pasta tonight... Looked great, tasted horrible.
Even roux. No matter how much I tried to cook it off, it still ended up tasting flour like. I’m not a horrible cook. Just everytime I make something using flour, I can’t get rid of that raw flour taste. Can someone help? So disappointed with tonight’s dinner.
