Creative ways to use leftover cocoa mass after heat extraction of cocoa butter?

I don't have a cold-press oil extraction equipment with me. I'm going with heat extraction by grinding the roasted beans to a paste, heating it on a skillet by adding little water to allow the cocoa butter to come out, and scoop it.
But the remaining mass seems delicious enough to not throw it out, any suggestions on using the leftover cocoa mass?
