What's a good substitute for paratha dough when using it for pizza?

I found a recipe for an inside out pizza, that you put cheese, tomatoe paste, etc.. On some paratha dough and then put another layer of paratha on top of that. And bake it.

I can't find any kosher paratha dough. What's a good substitute? I thought maybe puff pastry but it looks like puff pastry has too many layers and would be too flaky.

Any suggestions?
