Rising donuts in fridge overnight

So, I want to make donuts, but I don't want to get up early in the morning to do them, can I let the dough rise in the fridge before I cut them out? I know something about baking soda makes it hot or miss, or I've read that at least, I don't honestly know. I'll post the recipe if that helps too.

•237ml Milk •7g Instant Yeast •2 Large eggs •113g Melted butter(unsalted) •40g White sugar •16g Brown Sugar •6g Salt •560g AP Flour •Oil for frying

P. S. The rise time is 1-2 hours before cutting, then 45 minutes rise after cutting. And any other tips would be appreciated as well. Thanks everyone!!
