What healthy and reasonably easy to prepare meal can I eat 3 times a day for the rest of my life?

I've got a very basic understanding of nutrition & bad impulse control, so this seems like my only reasonable choice. If my survival can't be guaranteed with one meal, I'd gladly take recommendations on a breakfast, lunch & dinner rotation, meeting the same criteria. I very much appreciate any insights so thank you in advance!
