Hi I'm trying to make a pesto chicken pizza and the texture of shredded chicken would work perfect. The issue is if I make traditional shredded chicken it will get overcooked when I bake the pizza.
Is there anyway to shred seared but still raw chicken or achieve a similar texture or shape that I can bake on the pizza?
