(sorry if this is the wrong place) I still don't have a good sense of cooking times for vegetables.
I'm making a Thai red curry and I'd like to have neither vegetables that are undercooked nor overcooked. I'm not sure what order to follow when adding vegetables (and how long to wait in between). I have snow peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, kale and fresh basil leaves. What order should I add them in? Thanks!
