Hey there! Hoping someone can help me figure out whats causing this!
Whenever my kitchens Sierra SRF 40/50 NG deep fryer is heating this very loud high pitch whistle starts. It happens maybe every ten minutes or whenever the fryer heats to bring itself up to temperature again.
We clean the fryer consistently so my first thought is it could be an airflow issue but I have no clue how to address that or if it is that for sure. Please help!
