Hey everyone. I'm trying to add a kick to my breakfast sandwiches by adding cheese. I've done some research online and the only clear recommendation was Alpine? Never tried it so that's why I'm here. Personally I've never really seen cheese with pork. Any suggestions? Thank you. Also, my breakfast sandwiches are typically simple; buns, mayo, fried egg and pork patties.
