Tart dough wet and crumbly

Hi I've been following this chocolate tart recipe.

I'm having problems with the tart dough. I've attempted the dough twice, making sure the butter stays cold and mixing the mixture entire the butter resembles "breadcrumbs" as suggested in the recipe. I've also made sure not to overwork it. I've kneaded the dough enough until it forms a ball.

Once out of the refrigerator, both times the dough comes out quite wet and sticky, and is crumbly when I roll it out. It crumbles very easily when I roll it around a rolling pin to transfer it to a tart case.

Please any help is appreciated.
