I have 99% of a taco rice recipe figured out, I just need to figured out how much liquid to add.

The recipe is:

2.5lbs ground beef, browned and drained

1 can corn, drained

2 jalapenos, minced

156 ml tomato paste

1 cup brown rice, uncooked

Garlic and spices to taste

I plan on throwing it all in my slow cooker if it'll fit, if not a pot on the stove. How much beef broth would I have to add for the rice to be cooked properly but not have extra liquid? I plan on freezing this in portions and reheating it when needed.

Just to specify I want to mix it all together, and have the rice cook in the slow cooker or pot with everything else.
