I just made a pot of ginger tea with cinnamon and stored it in a mason jar (clean but not sterilized) in the fridge. How long will it last? One site gave it a month, which seems dubious.
Alternatively, I was thinking about freezing the tea into ice cubes, but I'm worried this will dilute the taste too much .
