As I was opening and removing clam meat from their shells, I notice little piece of clam shells on the meat. I did not take them out from the meat since I thought little of it. As I started thinking about it while cooking. I wonder is it bad if I ate some of the shell pieces? They are quite sharp, but not sure how if they pose a threat to my health. Should I be worried?
