Can I reduce "lite" coconut milk

So I ended up with a carton of the dreaded "lite" coconut milk. I'm a full-fat coconut cream kind of gal so I am curious if I can reduce the lite coconut milk on the stove to evaporate out some water and thicken it up.

Luckily the only ingredients are coconut and water - no added thickeners or stabilizers. It's 50 calories per 90-gram serving versus coconut cream's 200 calories per 90-gram serving - I suppose that means it's about 4x diluted with water?

To be clear this is coconut milk marketed for cooking, not the "coconut milk drink" that is sold with the soy milk.

I plan on making a Thai curry. Thanks!
