Touched some raw chicken breast and my skin turned yellow... what happened?

Basically what the title said. It’s first time this has happened to me. The point of my fingers are almost Simpsons yellow. Do I need to do anything ? I tried to wash my hands with soap, alcohol and nothing worked...
