I’ve been using plastic deli containers for mise en place and storage. I’d like to replace them with something that’s non plastic since I often put hot things (like stock) into them or run them through the dishwasher. All of the glass and stainless steel options are too wide, don’t nest, or don’t have lids, and are generally more designed for leftovers than anything else. Does anyone have any ideas? The closest thing I’ve found were large stainless steel tumblers that look like they nest.
