Time sensitive! How do I cook turkey breast and thigh only?

I purchased 1/2 of turkey breast and 1 full turkey thigh as a whole turkey is too much to eat.

Everything is done with the prep and seasoning except I have no idea what temperatures and time to put them, and which to put first. Additionally, I have no meat thermometer.

All the recipes and times are for big whole turkeys.

I’m currently stumped. Help?
