Spatchcock turkey question

My mom is making her traditional roasted turkey in the oven. I am spatchcocking my turkey (I have certain dietary restrictions to the way she cooks them). I did my last one at 425 for an hour and 20 minutes and it came out perfect. However, it’s only one oven and she’s doing her roasted turkey at 325. How long would you recommend a spatchcock turkey for in that temp?
