I love to cook and I'm expanding my abilities and I'd like some nicer quality knives that should remain sharp for longer. I can't really afford to spend $500 on a knife i know is good, but the $50-$70 knives I've used so far all go dull rather quickly with daily use. Based in Australia if that helps.
