Hi all. I own a small bbq part time catering business.
I have a set of shuns (blah) and some dexter boning/a vitramix chefs 8".
Lately ive been wanting something that just looks a little cooler but is still functional as a chefs knife. Prefferebly handmade.
I'm not a trained chef and it would be used mainly for slicing brisket/ribs/just really when it comes out and needs prepping on site.
I'm looking for something handmade but have no idea the features/type of steel/etc etc that would make it a suitable chefs knife. Budget is maybe 200 bucks.
Thanks for any tips or advice!
