Hello we were in the midst of cooking a Thai curry and poured a can of organic coconut milk in the pot. When we got to bottom of the can we discovered some brown spots. The can is fresh and recently purchased (within the last couple months) with a best before date of June 2022. The spots can be scrapped off so it’s not the can or liner that’s been discolored. Any idea what this could be and if we should be worried?
