Suggestions?
Looking for something that will last a while.
We use cast iron for other stuff, some good like my grandma's 30's Griswold. We also use my carbon steel wok and my enameled cast iron dutch oven a ton. I've learned a lot about cast iron and knives this year and have really upgraded, but just realized recently that we need a good stainless steel skillet and I know literally nothing about them.
