How do Taiwanese mooncakes differ from other countries'?

Looking to gift a Taiwanese older woman who is staying in the Philippines with mooncakes (and pineapple cakes).

There are several places that sell it, most of which make it the 'Filipino' way, and the next common being Chinese. So I am wondering, what are the ingredients of authentic Taiwanese mooncakes?
