Forgot to use soap when rinsing hands after touching raw chicken, do I need to clean everything I touched afterwards?

For some reason I was super tired and forgot to use soap when washing my hands after touching raw chicken.

Do I need to wipe down everything I touched after rinsing my hands like my phone, table, stove switch?

Also do I need to wash my shirt that I touched? The towel that I dried my hands with? And wipe down the towel rack too???
