Hi all!
I’m going on a very short backpacking trip - just one night - and rather than bring a bunch of dehydrated food and a stove like normal, I figured I’d cut down on equipment necessary and just make some things at home and bring them. I need 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, and 1 lunch.
What cooked meals or simple things to assemble will keep and are somewhat lightweight?
The plan as of now is that lunch can be peanut butter + honey on a tortilla, some salami, and various snacks. Dinner - I’m thinking a tortilla with cheese, hummus, and aforementioned salami. Thoughts?
