Making a pan sauce for chicken. Cooking white wine? Or pink Moscato? Or don't bother.

I'm cooking at a friend's house and am trying to plan the whole meal out. I am not at home so I don't have everything I'd like.

All the little I know about pan sauces says don't use cooking wine or sweet wine.

Like the title says.im not sure which I should use. What do you think?

I figure if the sauce ends up terrible I'll just throw it out
