Just got a nice batch of scorpion peppers and I'm looking to possibly make some hot sauce with them. Any suggestions on how to go about it or maybe some other ideas to use them with?

I love hot food and cooking. I could certainly just add them to something willy nilly but I'd rather use the whole batch of them for one recipe. Bon appetit did a fermented hot sauce that could be nice but I'd like to make something fun with it. Anyone have any suggestions on a good course to take?
