Help... How do I keep whatever I’ve seasoned my meat with from sticking to the skillet & burning? I’ve cooked chicken breasts a couple times in my stainless steel pan and every time the seasoning sticks to the bottom and burns before the chicken is ready. I heat the pan before adding oil, and don’t go above med heat(gas range) and turn it to low after I’ve seared it. It’s a Cuisinart pan, so it’s decent quality. Am I not using enough oil? Too much seasoning??
