When i was a child, a Tunisian woman teach my mom how to make a beef mloukhiya. That was one of my favorite dishes! Years later... I still can't forget the taste... BUT.. I am vegetarian now. So..i kinda wanted to know.. Can i make it vegetarian? Do you have some tips or good recipes?
