Hey guys!! I wanted to get into making hot sauce. I’ve been watching some videos on making hot sauce, and everyone seems to be saying you should ferment your peppers. Would pickling the peppers instead of fermenting them be any good? Or is that just a stupid idea. I don’t know I think it could add an interesting flavor and I really like pickled stuff, so I think it could be cool. Also if I could get a little advice on pepper selection. I was thinking of using some pepperoncinis in there, just because I love the flavor of them. I know they’re not very hot, but I was thinking if I added another hotter pepper in with it I could still get some of that pepperoncini flavor but with some heat to it? What would be a good pepper to add to that? Also any other tips would be cool!
Edit: Used the wrong ‘you’re’
