Uh I oversoaked my beans and now they’re sprouting .. I can’t eat these can I?

I left my mung beans to soak and forgot about them for two days in room temp. They’re uh sprouting. Like growing little tails.

I can’t eat them, can I?

Also any suggestions of what I should do with these beans. Seems like a waste to throw it out.
