Seasoning a wok

I've recently purchased a new wok, and to my dissatisfaction all of the food I cook with it seems to stick to the pan, no matter the ammout of oil or the heat of the pan.

However I've been watching YouTube videos on seasoning pans, and was wondering what any longtime seasoners would reccomend for my first attempt?
