Is it time to replace my enameled Dutch oven?

So I've had my Lodge enameled Dutch oven for about 7 years now, and I've made heavy use of it. I was also careful to never use metal utensils except for the occasional use of tongs. But over time things have increasingly begun to stick to the bottom. I saw some advice to try and use Barkeeper's Friend to clean, and it did get rid of some buildup that I had written off as complete enamel degradation. But what I have now is what is you see in that photo there. It's pretty clear that the enamel has really worn away on the bottom.

Is it about time for me to replace it?
