I posted this in Breadit, but got no replies :/ so I'm hoping someone can help here.
My mum really likes this sourdough bread from a bakery in Hong Kong. Both the crust and crumb are very soft, and a bit tangy which makes me assume it's a type of sourdough. Here's a photo of the outside and the crumb.
I've googled "soft sourdough recipes", but I've only turned up sourdough sandwich breads.
Any help or leads are appreciated!
