Is there an easier way to finely dice dried chilis into small flakes without the chopped up pieces flying in every direction at 20 mph?
I would like to chop up a big batch and store them as flakes without jeopardizing my eye sight.
(I have tried using a blender but the chilis were too flat and just sat under the blade)
