Affordable eGPU for Mac?

I run a dual monitor setup and do graphic work constantly. I find my MacBook Pro runs pretty hard.

I think a eGPU may help.

But I also don’t want spend 600$ on a case, and another $250 on a graphic card.

Any help or guidance is appreciated.
