I don’t know if this is dumb or not; but what’s your preferred way to pan fry meant with oil? Do you prefer to put the olive oil into the pan or, rub the olive oil into the meat and then put it in the pan? I’ve usually done the latter, but a friend of mine likes the former. Just curious what others think
