Last year I went to visit my best friend in Scotland. After a few of our drunken nights there, she would take me a a fast food shop for some curry chips. I’m currently pregnant and in quarantine in the US... and I want curry chips!! Does anyone have a good recipe? I’m mostly concerned about the curry sauce. But also a homemade, oven baked French fry recipe to go with it would be great! Thank you.
Edit: I should say that the curry was yellow!
