My husband loves homemade whipped cream and earl grey tea so I was thinking of trying to combine the two to go with some berry shortcakes. My plan was to just put some heavy cream in a pot with a bunch of loose leaf tea, infuse for a couple minutes, strain and cool and then make the whipped cream as normal. Would that work?
