Frying and keeping lettuces?

Good day culinary wizards,

I want stir fry some baby romaine with ground chicken thighs - after the chicken is done. There is some spices and granulated honey in the chicken. It tastes good and is one of the few healthy things I like and I am wondering how the lettuce would keep and reheat for meal prep lunches?

Any help you can offer is appreciated.
