I was recently in Austin, TX and stopped for lunch at a food truck called Mamorra (or something similar). They had these amazing balls of rice that were filled with chicken and advocado and appeared to be fried? I can't seem to find any information on what they are called, or how to make them at home. Any help would be appreciated!
