Does anyone have the CD that was supposed to come with ElBulli: 1998-2002?

Hi all,

Picked up the book itself for inexpensive on eBay, however unfortunately the book is all I received. Where are all the recipes? On the CD of course. So I basically only have an expensive (but pretty) photo and philosophy book. Does anyone have a copy of the CD they could link me to? I haven't been able to find it anywhere online and the book without any recipes is giving me serious culinary blue balls.
