The recommendation I read after a search were pushing stainless steel pans. Currently I use pans with nonstick surfaces like T-Fall. These pans don't seem to be flat enough for the stove and rock a little bit (maybe warped). I do like the nonstick easy to clean aspect though which I'm not sure I'll have with stainless steel. Anyone with a glass top stove have a pan type or brand they highly recommend based on all that?
