What to do with seafood medley? Inspiration and ideas are welcome!

I've bought this mix of seafood (https://imgur.com/a/OYcREa5) - I would like anyone's advice on ways to prepare it. Personally I've thought of frying it, etoufee', gumbo, or Ive seen Japanese cooks will prepare shrimp into paste and use it for somethings.

I'm open to unconventional approach. As long as its delicious.
