What are some classic as well as out of the box things that can be done with a whipping siphon?

Just got a whipping siphon! What are your favorite things to prepare with it?

Hey guys my ISI Gourmet finally arrived. I’ve been wanting one to make flavored whip cream and to try out cold brew and nitro brew.

I’m super interested to hear how else people like to use these? I found a recipe for some blue cheese foam and I’ll probably give that a try. Thanks!
