Making buttercream icing without a hand mixer

So i bought all the ingredients needed for my buttercream icing

Butter Powdered sugar Heavy cream Vanilla extract Salt

But the thing is i dont have an electric hand mixer i would like to ask the bakers in this sub if its still do- able even without the electric mixer
